At Omaka Springs Estates we use the perfect combination of warm sunny days and cool nights to produce the highest quality wines at affordable prices. This is why the Omaka label is growing in reputation and demand all over the world.

The Omaka Springs Estates stable of wines consists of Sauvignon, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Falveys Chardonnay, Falveys Pinot Noir, Merlot and limited quantities of Jamie (Methode Traditionnelle).

Omaka Springs is one of only 11 NZ Wineries on show at the Decanter New World Fine Wine Encounter - London May 9th 2009

For the first time ever, Omaka Springs Estates has been chosen to exhibit at the prestiguous Decanter New World Fine Wine Encounter. The Exhibition offers the public the opportunity to taste fine wines of just over 40 of the best New World wine producers at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in Central London on May 9th. As participation to this event is by invitation only, we are very proud to be chosen for this exhibition. We will be at the event to taste the public through the 2008 Sauvignon Blanc, the 2008 Pinot Gris, and the 2007 Falveys Pinot Noir.

Our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc gets 89 points in February's Wine and Spirit Magazine

In the latest Wine and Spirit Magazine, our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc has been awarded 89 points. Our Sauvignon Blanc has also been chosen by the NZ Winegrowers as 1 of only 12 Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs on display at their Sauvignon Blanc Seminars at wine fairs around the world. This is, beacuse in their eyes, our wine is a classic example of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc!

Our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc wins the Swedish tender once again

We are very pleased to announce that the Systembolaget - the Swedish Alcohol Monopoly - has chosen our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc for its April 1st release.
