Omaka Springs Estate Merlot is aged for10 months in 20% new American Oak barriques. This wine is a vibrant ruby red with tempting mocha and coffee aromas on the nose and a subtle vanilla nuance. Ripe, rich blackberry and plum on the palate are complimented by spicy cedar. It is well structured, showing great fruit depth and finely integrated tannins.
